Full buyer ($49/mo) unlocks all 5 verticals with unlimited alerts, saved searches, monitored states, and the quarterly underestimated-lots digest. Use the /tip line. Paste the source URL (GovDeals, Public Surplus, GovPlanet, HigherGov, Cox Auctions, Municibid, or a county-auctioneer page), pick the vertical if you know it, and add a short note on condition or closing time — optional, but it helps triage. Every submission lands in the Lothound admin queue and is ingested manually within 24 hours, and your email is only used to follow up if ingestion stalls.
Lothound never bids on your behalf and never charges success, sourcing, or per-lot fees — the only charge is the monthly subscription. Cancellation is handled by email: reply to one of the Lothound billing emails and we stop the Stripe billing on your behalf. Your plan stays active through the period you already paid for, and once Stripe confirms the cancellation you’ll get a confirmation email — that’s how you know “Stripe has stopped billing.” For any refund or billing-edge question (a duplicate charge, a stray tip, a partial period), write us on /contact and a Lothound operator replies the same business day.
